If you are non-Japanese, only following residential statuses allow you to apply for FBO.
① Permanent Resident
② Spouse of Permanent Resident
③ Spouse or Child of Japanese National
④ Long term Resident
⑤Special Permanent Resident
You may be required to submit a copy of your residence card.
If your residential status does not correspond as above, your registration will be con-sidered invalid.
You can apply for FC (Forever Customer) regardless of residential status.
